    Looks like jQuery.getJSON is going to be my friend on this. The Solr backend will happily feed up JSON and jQuery should handle the formatting well enough.

    Working on eLangdell Author. List of topics is a menu, selecting topic from menu will produce a list of cases. This is an AJAX thing that needs an API to hit.
